LAuGEA Award – Innovation of the Year 2019 for business digitalization

ABF LT modernized enterprise resource planning (ERP) system Monitor ERP to increase operational efficiency and profitability. We partnered with UAB Prodivi to provide business digitalization, analytics and programming services for process visualization.

Several areas were reorganized including pricing policy, indicator system that is tracked from  ERP in real-time. That way we can react to on-going issues without any delay.

In doing so, we have managed to increase productivity growth – achieved through proper planning of purchasing and production. Work centre load monitoring is available to both production workers and managers. High delivery precision allows to meet the needs of our current customers and attract new partners.
